Customer Service was good, keeping me informed when there was a delay with the delivery. The large HOPPA trolley. with its 47 litre capacity is ideal for supermarket shopping, though the design of the frame would be better if the height was increased by about 15 cms. Its current height of 87 cms allows the wheels to come into contact with your feet !!!!!

Service very good. With the addition of holes near bottom corners to the Hoppa bag, so that a cord could pass through and around bottom seam and around trolley base legs (as I added to my old one - now used for sailing gear), trolley is good too.

Took my new set of wheels for a spin, at the weekend. Very quiet and super smooth; I could hardly feel any vibration at all. I even decided to take it off-road through a country park. There were a couple of hairy moments when I almost turned it over after hitting an unexpected bump, but with good handling, I managed to get it back under control with no damage done. It's very roomy too, with plenty of space inside for everything I needed. And it certainly turned a few heads, I can tell you. The trolley is as good as advertised if not better. It is lightweight, sturdy,smart and holds loads of shopping. I am a very happy customer and would recommend.
