Only give 4 stars because even though I had a tracking number I couldn't track when it was coming. Otherwise a lovely stylish trolley, a squeaky wheel on it first outing, a bit of oil sorted that out. Used it lots of times and it's easy to use and waterproof.

The item was quickly despatched and well packaged so no actual problems with the company. However, I was a little disappointed with the quality of the item I purchased. The wheels have a habit of falling off and it is rather flimsy.

So happy I found a trolly with a longer Handel. Love the design plus it is lightweight. Would Recommend

Well! What good timing your email is, because today was indeed the day I used our “Shopping Trolley” for the very first time, a moment I had been looking forward to. This method of shopping was going to be a very different experience indeed. No more walking back home with an overloaded shopping bag slung over my shoulder. I strolled to the local village shops with my wife ensuring that we both followed the COVID 2m distancing rule. This gave me the opportunity to glance to my side and take in the full impact of pulling this new shopping trolley alongside me. Of course this was no ordinary shopping trolley, “it was a Lorenz” with Navy Tartan. Determined to prove its worth, I ensured I purchased enough shopping to fill the trolley bag. The contents included Apples, tinned fruit, bread, milk and much more. Fitted in perfectly right to the top, allowing the bag to be closed securely with the draw string. The journey home was uneventful, but most importantly a comfortable walk, whilst pulling the trolley, which I have to say handle perfectly considering it’s full load. Without any doubt, I can honestly say I would definitely recommend “THiS MAKE” of shopping bag.

Well engineered with good design and simple folding action make for easy use and storage, but a heavy load needs careful handling. Bag can slip a little sideways when crossing slopes.

The trolley is good and it was one that provided the right height. I could have done with instructions for assembling it as, though quite straight-forward when investigated (eg velcro panels), is important as if someone assembled it wrongly and it capsized in use that might cause an accident. I think you should include instructions as a safety precaution. It folds down well to go in a boot, but it is not so easy to carry when folded. But it does the job otherwise and is nicely finished.

Delighted with the trolley. Very simple to fold up and light to carry. Wheels run very smoothly and I can get all my week’s shop from my main supermarket in the bag. Service was very good and the price was very competitive. I’ve just sold my car as part of Zero carbon footprint plan and this has really helped me.

Great range, first time I've bought a shopping trolley but I have been happy with the service, trolley seems fine so far, only a disappointment that the leopard skin design wasn't available, but polka dot will do fine. Quick delivery, fair price.

Very prompt efficient service, the trolley was exactly what I wanted and it arrived very quickly.

I was happy with the prompt delivery and also the easy assembly. My smart looking blue and plaid card is sturdy and works well; my only suggestion would be that the velcro fastener could be stronger.

The wheels were very squeaky at first, but after applying some oil to the wheels it was ok, I like the size for hopping on and off the buses
