This trolley is small and neat and pleasing to the eye. However, I have found that the two velcro straps which attach the trolley to its frame are not up to the job when trying to get on and off the bus with shopping inside.They are far too small and very fiddly to attach.. Every time they have come undone leaving me with a heavy unattached bag! My solution has been to tie a strap found it for the price, this problem really needs to be addressed. Until it is, I won't be buying from this company again.

The item was quickly despatched and well packaged so no actual problems with the company. However, I was a little disappointed with the quality of the item I purchased. The wheels have a habit of falling off and it is rather flimsy.

I recently purchased the Stafford 2 wheel shopping trolley with adjustable handle because after back surgery I no longer lift or carry anything with any weight and I needed something to transport my art materials to and fro! This trolley is ideal and being a short person the adjustable handle is perfect. This trolley replaced one I purchased online from John Lewis which was made for a giant and was twice the price!! Would recommend and would buy one again. Just make sure you short people out there double check the height of a trolley you are intending to buy!!

quick delivery, perfect little shopping trolley just what I wanted

I have one of these trolleys that is used daily and is perfect for the job. Only gripe is the way the handle sits at right angles to the way my hand sits and involves turning wrist all the time. Because of the shape of the shaft, it is not possible to turn it at right angles

As this trolley was for my elderly mother it would have been helpful to include instructions of how to fit the wheels.

I have no real complaints except that an instruction pamphlet might be a good idea, I live alone(my husband died 1 yr ago) and I couldn,t get the wheels to stay on and had to pester a neighbour to help me, I felt such a fool when I realised how easy it was.

Have not used trolley yet. Would have been helpful to have had instruction how to attach wheels.

After receiving my trolly it had the wrong style bag and I contacted customer service by telephone and a replacement bag was received the following morning.Excellent service.

Well engineered with good design and simple folding action make for easy use and storage, but a heavy load needs careful handling. Bag can slip a little sideways when crossing slopes.

Only give 4 stars because even though I had a tracking number I couldn't track when it was coming. Otherwise a lovely stylish trolley, a squeaky wheel on it first outing, a bit of oil sorted that out. Used it lots of times and it's easy to use and waterproof.

Arrived within 2 days of ordering have not used it as yet but all looks very good.

Im a fashion student and have been searching for ages for a 'QUIET'trolley to carry all my stuff to college (early mornings do not want to wake the neighbours clattering down the street!!) This is perfect - functional, quiet wheels, easy to pull and FUNKY!!!

I have not used shopping trolleys in the past as they look so old and dreary, however having bought the "Bright Blue with Multi Flowers", it looks very fashionable, a dainty trolley that you could be seen anywhere with. Received very quickly. My first choice of colour was not available but the blue stripe design is just fine. Its perfect for my height of just 5'1" and great value for money. This product replaces one I purchased recently from John Lewis which was twice the price and far too big for me. This product is very good value for money and has a superior quality bag. My only problem is knowing what to do with the John Lewis trolley!!

I bought the polka dot petite shopping trolley and am very happy with my purchase. It's well-made, stylish, compact and durable. I use it for transporting teaching materials as I move from place to place- saves me lifting heavy, cumbersome boxes which did my back no good. An added bonus is that the trolley is also really quiet!

An excellent trolley for taking on buses, and with the extending handle it is easy to use for the taller person.
