This should be about the La Rochelle Deluxe 2 Wheel Shopping Trolley with Front and Side Pockets and XL Wheels, Vegetable Print, that I bought from Shopping Trolleys Direct. The vendors were typical online retailers. They will happily respond to questions reasonably quickly if emailed. The La Rochelle seems to be a reasonably sensible design, particularly in that it will stand up when unfolded. Most useful for loading and unloading. The PVC bag is fairly thin but appears to be waterproof or at least shower proof. The bag has a draw cord and flap to keep out the weather. There is no specified maximum weight capacity. The big wheels are a good idea but are the biggest wekness of the design. They wobble from new. Basically the axle shaft is significantly smaller than the hole in the wheel. I am planning to make a pair of sleeves to insert into the axle holes, perhaps with grease nipples which should improve the problem. This is by no means the lightest trolley, but there are a number of similarly specified trolleys that are much heavier. Yes, I would recommend it but the wheels will give you trouble in due course unless modified.
