Shopping Trolleys Direct performed very efficiently & I am pleased with my purchase. My only criticism is, that their courier Evri did not deliver it for 6days, despite daily messages
It was en route. When it finally arrived, no buzzer was pushed, & the parcel left under bushes in the garden.
I cannot fault Kevin Naga who patiently emailed & talked me through this, to the bitter end, having drawn up a case with Evri. To be fair, another delivery from Shopping Trolleys Direct, I ordered in August 2024, was delivered perfectly satisfactorily by Evri.

The Mini-Maxi 4 wheel bag illustrated is labelled itp international. I have had one of these bags for years and it has done sterling service with heavy usage. As it is showing signs of wear I decided to replace it. The bag sent is the same design but has Compass as the logo and the material is different from the itp international and does not look as strong. It still looks like a good bag and I hope it will serve well, but I suspect cheaper materials have been used to cut costs. Time will tell how well it lasts.

I received my trolley and I was very impressed with it. I have mobility difficulties and found the trolley very easy to use. I was able to fit a decent amount of groceries in the bag without having to extend it. I'm very pleased.

I think that this is a good product. It's light weight and can easily be folded down, so it doesn't take up a lot of space. The wheels are sturdy and it holds enough for a small shopping trip. I would recommend it.

I decided that I needed a trolley after becoming overloaded with vegetables from the local market. The website was very helpful so I bought exactly what I wanted, a 4 wheeled extendable but foldable bag, which has been very useful. The service was very quick and the the bag arrived when it was supposed to.

I am not that old. So I didnot want a shopping ,trolley but I changed my opinion, after strugling with the xmas shopping, hurting hands etc. Unfortunately I have done the shopping, then I ordered the trolley. Only used it once, its fantastic, does not look bad at all, it looks like something you would take to the airport. I think a young person would be happy with this, rather than struggling with loads of bags. Quality is good.

Very pleased with this bag - light to carry folded up when empty, good capacity, sturdy wheels & base, wheels move well & quiet.

very strong well made product, have used it once so far. I think a rigid handle would have made it easier to push it along. I did end up pulling it on two wheels, see how I get on next trip out
