When the wheels broke on my shopping trolley [that I had only owned for 4,5 months!] I wanted to replace them with decent robust wheels, Kevin was really helpful and advised me that Shopping trolleys Direct's wheels were good quality and I have bought these. I have noted the date I replaced them and hope to update this review in due course. I intend to be sensible with the use of the trolley, but I obviously need it for shopping which is not in essence lightweight! Ot is what it is.

Selection for my replacement wheels was easy. I placed an order and received notification when they would be delivered (Date and Time) and sure enough, there they were, delivered on time. Thank you for your response.

I have been delighted with the service given by Shopping Trolleys Direct. when they couldn't fulfil my request for a replacement part for a damaged wheel to be sent, they were helpful in giving me the link to buy a pair of replacement wheels as a solution. I followed this up and bought them, pleased that I had no need to buy a whole new trolley. This was all so good in itself, but what impressed me still more was that even before the wheels had been delivered, I was emailed instructions on how to remove the good wheel and fit both of the new ones. This was so thoughtful and kind of them, and I was well pleased as when I came to follow these instructions as they were very straightforward, and I did it all easily. I was glad to have them as I don't think I would have managed without. I am 85 and don't have a mechanical mind, but Kevin at Shopping Trolleys Direct made this whole experience so easy and pleasant. I was most grateful, and touched by the thought and kindness of the service I was given, and I would recommend this firm to anyone.

Ordered some replacement wheels for a Hoppa, shopping trolley, the website listed all the dimensions needed to make an accurate decision as to whether the new wheels would fit. Ordering was vey easy and dispatch was very quick, tracking was provided for the parcel and delivery was prompt. Wheels fitted perfectly and where as described and pictured.

After receiving the wheels and fitting them, total enjoyment can now send my wife to do the shopping, without the worry of her trying to carry all the groceries.
