Great service and prompt delivery the wheels I bought are actually better than the original wheels

I wasn't sure what to order but they gave me good advice and I was able to buy the right part (replacement wheels). My trolley is now better than it was before.

I purchased 2 wheels for my 6wheel shopping trolley. This was my last hope otherwise I would of had to buy yet another trolley. I am very pleased. That I contacted Shopping Trolleys Direct & will recommend this company. Thank you once again.

I have been delighted with the service given by Shopping Trolleys Direct. when they couldn't fulfil my request for a replacement part for a damaged wheel to be sent, they were helpful in giving me the link to buy a pair of replacement wheels as a solution. I followed this up and bought them, pleased that I had no need to buy a whole new trolley. This was all so good in itself, but what impressed me still more was that even before the wheels had been delivered, I was emailed instructions on how to remove the good wheel and fit both of the new ones. This was so thoughtful and kind of them, and I was well pleased as when I came to follow these instructions as they were very straightforward, and I did it all easily. I was glad to have them as I don't think I would have managed without. I am 85 and don't have a mechanical mind, but Kevin at Shopping Trolleys Direct made this whole experience so easy and pleasant. I was most grateful, and touched by the thought and kindness of the service I was given, and I would recommend this firm to anyone.

When the wheels broke on my shopping trolley [that I had only owned for 4,5 months!] I wanted to replace them with decent robust wheels, Kevin was really helpful and advised me that Shopping trolleys Direct's wheels were good quality and I have bought these. I have noted the date I replaced them and hope to update this review in due course. I intend to be sensible with the use of the trolley, but I obviously need it for shopping which is not in essence lightweight! Ot is what it is.

Good grief! I spent months worrying about my broken shopping trolley and contemplating buying another. When I heard that I could just buy new wheels, I ordered them online and received them in a matter of days.
