Bought as a present for my mother. Delivery was quick, product arrived safe and ready to use straight from the box. Great quality and excellent easy of use to change from two wheels to four. She is very happy with this product as it light and easy to manoeuvre and supports her with her shopping. And is a modern looking trolly shape and design, and holds plenty. Well done many thanks.

Bought as a present, and I don't think it's been used yet. BUT I do know it will be a godsend for the recipient, and have got to say it's so well made.
I myself have a different Rolser shopping Trolley, I don't use it for supermarket shopping, as I still go in my car. BUT I do take mine if I'm going shopping elsewhere and will be doing a lot of walking AND shopping.

The shopping trolley is sturdy and easy to move, even with shopping in it.

I looked at many shopping trollies on numerous websites and could not make up my mind about buying a 2-wheel or a 4-wheel one. The Rolser Jean converts very easily between the two styles and has a suitable capacity so was my choice, and I am very happy with it.

The trolley itself was first class and answered all our needs....service was excellent and was delivered on time. All in all excellent.

Service good, delivery prompt and goods were as expected. Item purchased Jean 4 wheel shopper, already purchased a Jean 2 wheel some years ago and got excellent use from it. I will be well satisfied if this one is as good.

Easy to handle, get on and off the bus and takes a lot of shopping and is still easy to maneuver ,in fact ,seems happy with a heavy load. A purse to hold one's money and bus pass etc. would be useful.. Pleased !!!

Shopping trolleys direct provided an excellent Service but it didn't make me happy as I made the purchase in too much of a hurry. I don't know why I chose black and I don't know why I didn't chose one of the many you had that a separate pocket. These faults are entirely mine so rest assured I will use your company again

I love your trolleys, not only are they smart to look at and do not make one feel has though they are old ladies trolleys ,,,they are good to lean on when one has to stop and rest a moment , one thing I would like is a zip section at back or front to put small fold up umbrella etc ,this is the 3rd I have had , do not like 2 wheel drive this 4 wheel drive is , tops , wore the others out , carrying potatoes , water bottles , all heavy things,,,,,,worth every penny, will buy again

All I can say is that it was an excellent service

This is the best looking trolley I have ever had, the only fault is that if I put someting on top then let go of the handle it falls over, once there is heavy shopping in it I can then put other stuff on top and it will stay put. It folds to put away and it doesn't have that granny tartan that so many trolleys have.
