The trolley is good and it was one that provided the right height. I could have done with instructions for assembling it as, though quite straight-forward when investigated (eg velcro panels), is important as if someone assembled it wrongly and it capsized in use that might cause an accident. I think you should include instructions as a safety precaution. It folds down well to go in a boot, but it is not so easy to carry when folded. But it does the job otherwise and is nicely finished.

Well! What good timing your email is, because today was indeed the day I used our “Shopping Trolley” for the very first time, a moment I had been looking forward to. This method of shopping was going to be a very different experience indeed. No more walking back home with an overloaded shopping bag slung over my shoulder. I strolled to the local village shops with my wife ensuring that we both followed the COVID 2m distancing rule. This gave me the opportunity to glance to my side and take in the full impact of pulling this new shopping trolley alongside me. Of course this was no ordinary shopping trolley, “it was a Lorenz” with Navy Tartan. Determined to prove its worth, I ensured I purchased enough shopping to fill the trolley bag. The contents included Apples, tinned fruit, bread, milk and much more. Fitted in perfectly right to the top, allowing the bag to be closed securely with the draw string. The journey home was uneventful, but most importantly a comfortable walk, whilst pulling the trolley, which I have to say handle perfectly considering it’s full load. Without any doubt, I can honestly say I would definitely recommend “THiS MAKE” of shopping bag.

The product is as described. Bought for my Mum (late 70s) who wanted something modern (she didn't want an old person one!!!) and she loves it. It's light, easy to handle and modern. It was too much for her to assemble but nothing that my sister couldn't handle

It was just the right size for them, as they didn't want a huge one that they couldn't get up the stairs into their flat, the one I got was perfect. I recently purchased the Stafford 2 wheel shopping trolley with adjustable handle because after back surgery I no longer lift or carry anything with any weight and I needed something to transport my art materials to and fro! This trolley is ideal and being a short person the adjustable handle is perfect. This trolley replaced one I purchased online from John Lewis which was made for a giant and was twice the price!! Would recommend and would buy one again. Just make sure you short people out there double check the height of a trolley you are intending to buy!!

I have one of these trolleys that is used daily and is perfect for the job. Only gripe is the way the handle sits at right angles to the way my hand sits and involves turning wrist all the time. Because of the shape of the shaft, it is not possible to turn it at right angles

As this trolley was for my elderly mother it would have been helpful to include instructions of how to fit the wheels.

I have no real complaints except that an instruction pamphlet might be a good idea, I live alone(my husband died 1 yr ago) and I couldn,t get the wheels to stay on and had to pester a neighbour to help me, I felt such a fool when I realised how easy it was.

Have not used trolley yet. Would have been helpful to have had instruction how to attach wheels.
