its a very sturdy trolley with smooth rolling wheels. there is plenty of storage room inside of the bag for shopping and other items. the aluminium frame is solid and can be folded down easily. Overall a superb trolley. very happy with it

Very pleased with the trolley, it was bought for my mum who is very pleased with it. Comes in very handy and has more confidence walking with this. It is quite lightweight so we have put something heavy at the bottom to weigh it down

Study and big enough for heavy things. The only down side is the lid! it won't stay down in the slightest bit of wind it flies up.

Print on lid is crooked, which is just sloppy manufacture. Compared to previous trolley, from another supplier, this is lightweight - doesn't feel at all sturdy - and it's extremely noisy, particularly when empty.

font wheel on left side seems buckled,the trolley sounds tiinny when going along the pavement ,not pleased at all with it but too bad on my part as its been assembled and cant be bothered to send it back,dont think I will be using it

A sturdy and steady trolley better than others I have had. I would like to suggest a choice of handle heights not one's that are adjustable as I have found them very unstable and do not usually stay put.

It is very hard to turn and if you have a lot in it you have to tip it to turn and that is not good if you have back problems, it is also bit noisy. Better of getting swivel wheels which I wish I had bought.

Pros: easy to order and pay, very quick delivery, product as described and photos, Cons: Left on doorstep & product has strange smell.

All OK apart from no instructions. Does rattle a little when empty but not bad. Pleased on the whole. Had my previous shrolley about 20plus years so hopefully this will last as long?

The trolley arrived on time and was very easy to assemble. I bought it knowing there was some cosmetic damage to the frame, but it took me a while to locate the scratch and it is of no consequence. The build quality is suitable for its intended use. If it was more substantial it would be heavier and more expensive. I am very pleased with it.
